Q: Have your Trainers undergone background checks? A: Yes, all of our Head Trainers and Coaches have undergone background checks.
Q: How do you handle refunds? A: There are no refunds once payment is received for the following Programs: Team Training, Private & Group Lessons, Head Coaching and Lil' Soccer Stars Programs. Your Trainer has already reserved specific times and dates and if you cancel then it may not allow them to pick up another client. Credit may be given at the full discretion of "PPST."

Q: How do we find out if our team practice is cancelled? A: Only Head Coaches are responsible for cancelling practices. As the Trainer we do not have authority to cancel practice. Check in with your Head Coach or Parent Manager. All cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the start of practice.
Q: Does my child need to bring a ball to practice? A: Yes!
Lil Soccer Stars Program
Q: How do we find out if our Lil' Soccer Stars Program is cancelled? A: All updates/cancellations will be emailed to you by your Parent Coordinator. We will use the email on your Registration Form. We let the Parent Coordinator know at least 1 hour prior to the start of the session if it has been cancelled. You may also check our Weather/Updates tab to see if it has been updated.
Q: How do you handle makeups for missed sessions? A: Lil' Soccer Stars Program offers 2 makeup dates for cancelled sessions. These 2 makeup dates will be added on to the end of the 8 week program (same day of week and time). We do not offer makeup sessions for missed classes by individuals. Our staffing & space capacities are based on registered participants, not the addition of make-ups.
Q: What equipment do I need for my child participating in the Lil' Soccer Stars Program? A: Please dress in athletic wear. Athletic shoes are required. Cleats and shinguards are required for 4 and up. Bring a size 3 soccer ball and water. We provide t-shirts for the kids.
Q: Can the Lil' Soccer Stars Program be pro-rated? A: This Program is not-prorated.
Q: How do I sign up? A: The Lil' Soccer Stars Program is set up by Parent Coordinators. You need a minimum of 8 kids and we will come to a field convenient for your group. Class Sizes are limited.
